A pretty good forcast for us today, saw Tracey and myself heading north to carry out one of our favourite coastal walks in Yorkshire.
The journey through the Yorkshire Wolds was a pleasant one as always and we arrived at our destination in good time, parking adjacent to Whitby Abbey.
This walk takes in some fantastic and breathtaking coastal scenery, and we took many photographs, the best of which i will show here of my personal favourites.
We also managed to see some nice birds which included a hunting Barn Owl, Peregrine, male Wheatear and plenty of Fulmars and Kittiwakes on their breeding ledges.
It was just a pleasure to be out with Mrs R again enjoying the fresh air and some great scenery.
After our walk we had a wander around Whitby harbour before heading back south and home encountering the tamest Turnstones i have ever seen, just lovely to see.
